SWIMMING!!!! Was so excited, then called the gym and the pool was closed for a birthday party. Guess I have to wait until tomorrow.....
not sure if it would work, but i am currently in LOVE with the Jacobs Ladder machine... no impact on the joints, and a great cardio workout

Can't run or cycle. Not sure about the elliptical. I need some cardio that won't tax a totally inflamed piriformis. Does anyone have some ideas?
