As your distances increase training for your half, there is a need to go beyond just stretching. Foam rolling has helped me deal with alot of issues.

For our newer runners out there, here is a link to Runners World for a demo of various applications of the roller to workout knots and adhesions that really can become problematic as your running demands increase..
