I dream of running a 27 minute 5K. A big woo hoo to Cathrin.
My nightmares, however, feature a trail run. We used to have to do them in school, and were often warned that if we ran too slowly, we'd get eaten by bears. Since I lived practically in the bush in British Columbia, this was not an empty threat.
Sounds like a great thread! Woo hoo team!
When you have a moment, stop on by CATHERINE2010's blog (link below)
She placed first in her age group at a local trail run 5k an third overall with a stunning 27 minute finish time.
lets pass on a big Half Marathon team woo hoo for our member...
Have you accomplished something big or just simply want to pass on a woo hoo? Im going to restart our "Join The Woo Hoo Crew" thread that I used to do a long time ago... we had so much fun with it.....
