I have run several 1/2 marathons, but it's been awhile and I want to jump back in and run a strong one.
What is your favorite training plan? Why? I generally run 5 times a week with a long run on Saturday. I try to do speed work on Mondays and hill work on wednesdays.
Advice? Any plans worth paying money for? Any links?
