I should have asked this a while ago but I'm struggling to figure out what I should be doing before my training plan starts. I have about a month and a half before I should start and I'm kind of wondering what I should be doing specifically. The race is in November and my running has gone down quite a bit which I feel is a symptom of my lack of a plan. Help!
