I have the Garmin 305 and really like it. Fairly inexpensive but does everything I want it to do except vibrate when I am going faster or slower than my intended pace. It is bulky but I have no problem with that issue. I like that it tracks pace, calories, time, your route, present pace and overall pace.

I have Garmin 110. Love it!!! Very simple. Gives me my pace, distance, and total time. Can upload my runs online and see the splits per mile. May be the lowest model but all that I need. Saw a lot of Garmin's at the Broad Street Run that I did. Price was reasonable at a little over $100 on Amazon.

I'm another fan of the Garmin 305. The main thing to look at is what do you want your GPS watch to track for you? There are more expensive models on the market, but for me, the 305 had everything I was looking for--heart rate, pace, distance, etc. I don't think you can go too wrong with a Garmin, whatever model you choose.

I have ran without one for most of my running life, but bought one for my husband, since we don't always run together, I would really like to be able to pace myself better to keep at the same pace, any advice/opinions would be great. I researched the NIKE and it didn't get the best reviews, and there are so many Garmins out there, which one do I choose??? help! thanks!!
