I find Marathon Guide to be a good resource for marathons and half marathons. You can click on CALENDAR and then MARATHON MAP to see upcoming runs in different parts of the country and different times of the year. www.marathonguide.com/index.cfm
Congratulations on finishing your first half marathon.
A simple web search should yield plenty of information. Here is a site that has over 20 HM's listed for the state of Pennsylvania. Some of them are already past, but it looks like plenty to choose from.
SW on 1/1/11 - 204.4 lbs. GW on 9/1/11 - 134.5 lbs GOAL ACHIEVED! 70 lbs. banished!
Mind the Gap! between what we know we should do and what we actually choose to do.

I'm looking for ideas on my next HM. I just completed my first HM this past sunday and i can feel the addiction starting to kick in. I would like to run another one within the next 6 weeks. Does anyone have any suggestions of upcoming HM within close proximity (3 hours or so) of the Pittsburgh area ?
