I got a Garmin Forerunner 405 with heart monitor for Christmas, but I found it a bit finicky so I haven't really gotten down to figuring it out. The bevel is very sensitive ... but I think I just have to put aside a couple of hours with the manual and figure the sucker out! I'm a walker, not runner, but I am registered for my 2nd 1/2 in May and I want to improve my previous time.

I did my longest run in along time, it was cold. I ran 7 miles and my pace was 10:13 my pace has gotten so much better since I got my garmin and I'm also using the smart coach on runner world. I'm excited. So how is everyone else's runs going. Forgive my spelling please.
