of course i'm going to jump on the body glide bandwagon and reiterate how awesome it is. it's not greasy at all, and is really easy to apply.
as for the blisters, i started wearing a thin pair of cheap cotton socks over my usual running socks, and it has really helped! i guess it makes it so the socks rub against each other instead of your feet. i also use some first aid tape that is stretchy and flexible, and it stays put really well for me.
