I'm experiencing chafing on my longer walks (arms where it rubs against side of sportsbra and other places) and wondered what you guys are doing for it.
i've started wearing tees instead of tanks and that's helping with the arm rubs. i heard about body glide?? and other stuff you rub on to prevent chafing.
does anyone have experience with those things and do they really work? what if anything are you doing to prevent this.
what about blisters?...have you found a particular brand or kind of bandage that holds up well on long walks/runs?
