So humid in the gym today I couldn't keep my legs on the bench for the cuban prone snatch!! Ugh! Turns out I liked doing it better standing up and leaning over like a row--so from now on that is what I'm doing!

I'm still here--well sort of. We are on spring break and skiing. So here is what I've got:

Actually, I think I will sit out this time. I'm on spring break right now from school, and only have on and off computer access. I'm also contemplating taking a break from tracking food, I'm undecided if I will. If we do something next month, I'm definitely in though.

My spark range is 1600-2000 abouts. But I am aiming for 1200-1400 until I am able to really exercise again. Right now I am just walking for exercise. But I'm already feeling so much better and less sore, hopefully I can be back into higher impact workouts soon :)
I probably won't be able to get in any NROL workouts until after spring break though (after the 14th).

Okay, you really stepped it up! I guess I'm in again! Challenges keep me involved and accountable!

Did I do that right? Now is it all or nothing on the food--or is it 1 point for tracking and another if you stay in you goals? My calorie goal is 1800-2000. Most days 1800, but I allow myself an occasional day at 2000. Also since my triathlon training is starting to ramp up, I have to keep calorie intake up to fuel my workouts. I'll log 3/2 info later today.

Also, eating lots of berries lately--especially blackberries. Lots of fiber for the calories!! And so yummy! Raspberries and strawberries too! Love it!

March Challenge

We are going to build upon this February challenge—

3 points for NROW4L workout

1 point for every 30 minutes of working out

1 for 8+ glasses of water

2 for tracking your daily intake and not going over.

To Sign-Up for the challenge please state your daily calorie goals for the month or March and exercise goals.
