Hi! I have been making progress again. I gained weight, and now I am just about at my ticker weight again. I'm going to keep moving down I feel, if I keep watching my portions. Have a great day everyone!

hi all... It's great to be alive and doing so well, we all are very much Blessed in this sense...

God should be Praised and given all the Glory... He is our creator and he gave it all to us 2000 years ago, so I am happy today for just having breath in my body, sound, and mind.

If God bring us to it, He will surely bring us through it....

Lets rejoice today, tomorrow, and the rest of our lives... we have the power if we only use it!
