I am glad you are feeling better. I rather you be safe than sorry. Get plenty of rest and take care of yourself. Hopefully, we can see you in July's challenge. Let us know!
Talk with you soon!

I'm glad you're getting better, too, JKHSCHULTZ. I'm going through some terrible back pains due to a pulled muscle or back strain from moving furniture and doing heavy lifting, but I hope there won't be a need for surgery. I'm taking it easy and taking pain meds only when it becomes unbearable.

I too have back issues... and trying to stay fit. I had to take steroid shot treatments....and well you can imagine the rest... I blew up even more and the weight is solid as a rock...its a challenge but I am hanging in there...

Joanne... I'm sorry to hear that your back is still giving you problems... but glad to hear you are taking care of yourself.
There is a moment in every race. A moment where you can either quit, fold, or say to yourself "I can do this."
Take care of yourself first and foremost! I am glad to see you are getting better. Hope to see you on the next challenge

Well I have had two bad back episodes. The first one was in the middle of May and the doctor said I should be fine with moderate exercise. Then the first weekend of June I had another bad episode and the doctor said no exercise for a while until I see the physical therapist. So I have been going for about a week and a half now and have about another two weeks of time to go. But the physical therapist says i can start with moderate to easy exercises again and I just have to build myself back up with exercising. Which is great but I am missing out on many things these last three weeks. But at least I am getting better.
