Hi everybody. I am not really sure what happened I think I posted here yesturday and can not find it so who knows. I started SP on Monday and I love it!! I think this is the exact thing I needed to track my progress and to stay on track to lose the weight I want and need to lose. I have been over weight for as long as I can remember and May 3, 2006 I gave birth to my son and have not been able to lose all of the weight from the pregnancy. I go to a trainer 3 days per week and I am increasing my cardio and pray that I see some results.
