Here are my 5 mini goals for the next challenge.
1) Zig zag calories
2)sleep 8+ hours
3)Maintain the habits I have thus far accumulated ( staying within calorie range, water, 7 days cardio, 3 days strength) but add more consistent yoga routine
4) stop the newly acquired habit of eating at night!
5) stay positive and encouraged about my progress whether or not it shows on the scale
