Hi everyone! I am new to the group and I see that some of you gals are into week 4 of this program and loving it! I have done this before and actually made it to the last week - when they found a huge cyst on my ovary and I had to have emergency surgery and stop running. Booooo Anyhow... I was wondering if there was anyone out there interested in starting this program with me now??

Thanks for the download tip. Does anyone else know if there are any other music downloads for the C25k? I'm not really liking the techno music on the ULLREY download. If not I can compile some songs on my MP3. I just wanted something that would prompt me to walk and jog. Thanks!

I'm doing this through one of the other teams I'm in. We started last week, but since it rained/snowed here last week I started this morning. There is a free ipod cast you can use. The guy who made it tells you when to walk and when to run which makes it a lot easier. He makes one for each week of the program. Here is the link ...
