what a good idea! it's so easy to use the scale as the only method of checking on progress, but i think i'm going to use this as another method. (even though i've lost weight, i still have a long way to go. this will be such a motivator:)
So I posted before about how the scale is my enemy because I literally became obsessed with weighing myself and would do it several times a day and would be mad at myself if I wasn't losing weight. I haven't weighed myself since then. My health club has a scale and when I feel comfortable with my body and all my hard work, I'll weigh myself.
Until then, I am relying on photos. I took a photo when I first started my committment to becoming a healthier person in February. I took another photo today. WOW! What a difference. (I posted them on My Sparkpage.)
Anyway, so I suggest this to anyone who has issues with the scale like I did. It's another way to assess your progress, and I decided that I like it way better!
