Congrats to you Rosie you are an awesome lady.
Hey just wanted to let you all know that I just got back from Hawaii Saturday and I am leaving again to Phoenix Arizona tomorrow and I will be flying to Texas to see my first Grandbaby he was born April 20th and I cannot wait to wrap my arms around that precious bundle of joy.
I am sorry if I am letting you guys down but my summer is so full and I will pop in here from time to time and say hi.
By the way before my pedometer broke is registered 45,000 steps for 3 days.

Much success to you on your first C25K. Just a piece of advice, do not get in the front when the race begins. I did that on my first 5K run and started out with the pace of professional runners. Needless to say, I did not complete run the entire race, because I went out way too fast. My next 5K, I will be starting either in the middle or in the back. Pace yourself and you will do well!

Another day over my range. Sitting on a bus for many hours and eating on the road wasn't ideal.

I'm back! Thank you all so much for your warm wishes and support during this difficult time.

I had a good time on my trip, but I ate my way through NYC. My mourning came in contact with pizza and cheesecake. Let's just say that the results were not pretty. I was over calories each day I was gone.

4/19 - 3.51 miles (-2, 1.51 net)
4/20 - 7.22 miles (-2, 5.22 net)
4/21 - 7.95 miles (-2, 5.95 net)
