thanks goofygirl i didn't know that....
so my total for yesterday would be 3.87

today i didn't get to walk during lunch cuz it rained here in chicago...
but i did my c25k workout 1.87
my calorie range 1200-1550
calorie intake 1722 emoticon
it was a co-workers birthday and i was nibbling on chips and dip all day....i tried my hardest to stay away from the break room...but it was so hard....those few hundred calories really add up.

IF WE WERE TO START LIVING THE "TRUTH" THAT OUR BODIES ARE TEMPLES THAT GOD GAVE US, HOW WOULD YOU TAKE CARE OF IT??

I'm not sure which week you are on for the C25k challenge, but when you first start out you're not actually running a 3 miles. Since you walk some and you run some it doesn't equal 3 miles. Once you run the whole thing it's a little over 3 miles. When I started I think the first week was something like 1.87 miles or something. Just thought you should know :)

Do2Heal I got 1037.3 for your total miles after counting twice. I think you fixed simplyforevers miles but forgot to fix the total. Sorry if I'm correcting you I just want it to be a fair challenge

CHEERME Glad to have you back. I understand I have kids but of course they are 2 teenagers that another issue and I little boy who has special needs. So life is full for the both of us and I sure we are not alone. Take of your babies, and do what you can. Please don't forget to post calories, miles, and calorie range. I hope the baby gets ok. I remember those shots when my kids were younger. I hated it. Hopefully things will calm down for you. emoticon

i am sorry ladies i have been off the thread for almost a week! after tax season was over last tuesday i had just planned on taking off wenesday, but then it was like one thing after the next, teething baby...then his shots...then the older kids had bad report cards and oh my God....is life suppose to be this trying.... i walked 2 miles today and i am going to post my calories in after i put in my final meal.
