Wow! How cool is it to see how many miles we all achieved together! Amazing! What a great challenge this was; I'm only disappointed that I missed the first week! As I said before though I did loose 3 pounds during this challenge and have been sleeping better than I have in a long time! Congradulations to all for the hard work that was put in and keep up the momentum with the next challenge!

Oh and how cool is it to be emoticon Dashing Divas! Alright!

I joined towards the end, but enjoyed it. Didn't do as many miles as I'd have liked due to my shift patterns. I lost 1lb. I'm going to continue using the pedometer and aim for 10 000 steps a day.

I'm going to continue paying attention to miles and steps. By thinking miles on the exercise bike I bike faster. I'm also going to continue to wear my pedometer.

Here are my stats for today 4/27:
Calories: 1502 (in range)
Steps: 4500 (45 minute walk today)
Miles on bike: 13

Man my legs are tired! I keep telling myself I should take it easy; I've done great this week. But every time I turn on my Mp3 I just get into it. I highly recommend getting one to all if your able to. It's worth it! Only two days left so keep moving!
