We all have bad days - coming here and venting always works for me - going for a walk. But most important cut yourself some slack and think . . before sparkpeople - it would have been worse. You would have continued your binge to dinner. But your already thinking how to salvage the day. AND you DID exercise today. You have a lot on you mind - when the day is over you can think to yourself the things you can and will do differently next time.
Two steps forward one step back is still progress.
