the new chocolate Special K is great...there's 10 more calories than the almond one and the serving size is 3/4 cup instead of a cup, so it's a little more so i use that one as a treat like twice a week. haha Plus wieh the chocolate it helps relieve the cravings in a good way :)

I'm not big on chocolate (probably a rarety). It seems with all the plans we have in place, we are caught off guard. Here is a great website pms.com. It gives you info on how the cravings comes into play and other info like foods to eat to help out at that time of the month best wishes on your journey.

i agree...PMS is the WORST. it makes you feel so yucky. and just blah. i hate that! and it's weird because i CRAVE cereal when i'm PMSing. not sure why, but it's too funny that you mentioned cereal..haha..
and i'm definitely going to have to try the new special k. i'm a sucker for all things chocolate!

oh i hear you with the cereal...i eat special K in the morning and i've switched to skim milk this morninga ctaully...but only one serving...oh it's so good, it's like a splurge to me...i eat two servings every morning haha I LOVE it.

I agree, PMS is sooooo hard!!!! I want to eat everything in site AND I feel like I am having fat days even though my weight hasn't changed. I've been on a 1200 calorie diet for 4 days (just to do for a couple weeks) and I slipped yesterday by having 3, yes 3 bowls of cereal!! It was healthy cereal and it was the recommended serving but still....I'm back at it again and didn't gain any weight so I'm happy.

So, I've been doing pretty good with eating healthy and exercising. But nothing prepared me for PMS haha...I was hungry 200% of the time and i felt like i gained 50 lbs and it made me upset...which made me want to eat more. OMG i felt like i was starving myself and gaining weight and it was BRUTAL! but i got through it and im actually 2 lbs down. So here's my opinion, if you can get through PMS, you can get though any craving!
