I don't know if anybody remembers me. I've been gone for about a month. My husband's deployment got cancelled and we've just being doing catch up as a family, I've been workout out big time and now I need to get back to my support to keep going.
I'm still getting up at 5am to work out and it's starting to pay off.
I've lost 15 lbs since Thanksgiving. I've lost 9 inches and 4% bodyfat since Jan 1 and just completed my first round of Body for Life.
My son's 1st birthday is at the end of May so I'm hoping to shed another 2 inches off my waist by then and drop another 3% bodyfat by then.
Hope everybody is doing well. I think I need a challenge and some people that are doing well with their plans and are motivated right now in my life.
My husband has been super supportive since he got home...he's always been but in the month and a half he was gone before he got to come home he saw a HUGE change in my body...it felt so good for him to notice such a change in just 6 weeks!
