I got my pedometer at walmart for around 12.00. It is the Go Walking Talking Pedometer from SPORTLINE. The talking part can be turned off if you don't want it telling you every so often what your stats are.
I am a waitress at a full service restaurant and I wear my pedometer from the time I leave the house in the morning until I setting in for the night. My pedometer tracks staep, miles walked, calories burned and time it took you to walk that. It only counts the time you are actually stepping though so it makes it easy to enter it into your tracker. I manually entered my walking as "moderate walk" under cardio.
Today I decided to wear my pedometer to work and see how much walking I do while I'm there. Does anyone track their steps in the fitness tracker? I wasn't sure if it's something I should be keeping track of or not.
