I pray your son is doing better and wow what a testimony to stay within your guidelines at a difficult time. We all have been in those difficult moments when our emotions are running too high and we feel the need to feed. When that happens we are hit with a double whammy because we still have to deal with the situation that caused the overeating in the first place but also with feeling guilty, angry and sad about our over eating. Food is a powerful drug is it not!

We live each day with the thought of a better tomorrow so lets make all of our tomorrows healthier and fulfilling.

Great job! You are to be commended. I broke through my plateau this week. I actually only lost .1 pounds from my last weight recorded. But I was down a couple pounds from the previous week. This is the lightest I have been.

I lost some weight inspite of battling with my little boy who is sick. I give God praise in the midst of my trial he is still working on my behalf.
