I've heard that you can't spot train on any specific parts of the body. But I could possible by wrong. Hips and boobs run in my family. But it doesn't hurt to try and improve on what you are given. I'll be checking to see if I'm wrong. I need a little help in that area. If its no such thing as a spot reducer exercise I be ok with what I was given.
