Hi MGIRL22 - There are times when I stress about losing the weight as well. The key, I think, is to not let it consume us, you know? There will be times when we slip, there will be times when we won't want to exercise, there will be times when we will want to quit because things aren;t happening as fast as we'd like them to - its an emotional roller coaster for sure! But don't beat yourself up, ok? It WILL happen, the weight WILL come off - but it's a journey, one day at a time. We love you!

Just take it one day at a time. Don't stress about the weight. We are here not just to lose weight but overcome why we over eat. Plan your meals and make sure you exercise for at least 30 minutes and drink water. I read in another team post that drinking 1 8 oz glass of water raises metabolism 30% for the next hour. So I'm going to drink up. Don't stress. keep working at it -- it will happen.
