Same here! It is so do-able. Stay focused and positive. Just don't let the scale be your task-master. I always seem to lose the inches first then the weight just goes. The scale scares me. ROFL 16 pounds and a total of 16+ inches. (have gone from a 20/22 to a 14/16) YOU CAN DO THIS TOO! It works!

Hi everyone. I decided that I wanted to change my weight loss goal from ending December 31st and moving it up to September 3rd. That is a a huuuuge difference. I chose to do this because I am standing up in 4 weddings from June until October and I want to make sure the weight is almost gone! Also, September 3rd is my first day of Student Teaching and I want that to be my goal! Does anyone have any advice for me? It would mean losing 1-1.5 pounds a week. Is this a good idea/bad idea? Do you think it's possible or should I make my date futher down the line? Pleeeease let me know! I need all the advise I can get! Thanks!
