I eat the entire bag too! (lol) It quick and easy, no muss, no fuss.

yes, the calorie count is inclusive - but I ended up not using a lot of the dressing. When I bought it I didn't notice that it was 3.5 servings a bag! I eat an entire bag or split it with hubby.

Good question - I buy the salad kits, too, and the reason I buy them is because I thought the caloric count was all inclusive (??)...

Thats what I figured. thanks!

Dole doesn't print anything on the dressing package. They give you a total prepared calorie content.

I even looked on the website. I really enjoy the salad kits - the taco one rocked! can't wait to try the asian crunch MMMmmmMMMMmmm

and . . . they were on sale - can't get better then that!

If I had to cut, wash, and put together a salad - I'd never eat one.

Isn't the dressin count on the actual dressing package? Usually it is between 100-200 calories for dressing. Good luck

I got a bunch of Dole Salad kits. For dinner I had a whole bag of taco salad - but didn't put the dressing on - only dipped my fork.

The package gives you the calories per serving - including everything. There is no information about the dressing.

So here is my problem - I don't want to end up UNDER my 1200 calories for the day. I tracked 455 calories for the salad. How many of those do you think were the dressing? It was lettuce, radish slices, carrots, a little cheese & little crumbles taco chips.

Thoughts?

I was thinking I should subtract somewhere between 100-200 calories?
