I got a bunch of Dole Salad kits. For dinner I had a whole bag of taco salad - but didn't put the dressing on - only dipped my fork.
The package gives you the calories per serving - including everything. There is no information about the dressing.
So here is my problem - I don't want to end up UNDER my 1200 calories for the day. I tracked 455 calories for the salad. How many of those do you think were the dressing? It was lettuce, radish slices, carrots, a little cheese & little crumbles taco chips.
I was thinking I should subtract somewhere between 100-200 calories?
