As odd as it sounds. Why not change your computer chair out for a ball. You would be suprised how much of a work out you can get just balancing on it?
So, now you have the ball under you and you are trying to balance on it. Great work out for the core. But you post say a message, roll that ball back and do a set of sit ups. Come back post again, and do dumbell curls. You would be suprised how quickly you could get a strength training work out done while posting. :O) Now, how could you get cardio in? UM maybe sit and bounce that ball for 10 minutes between post? Okay seriously, I think cardio would be better off done away from the computer.
But it might help if you fit your strength training in while working on the computer?

sdfitforlife I sure you'll manage. I like sp also like sp and find it touch to break away sometimes. Take break a and go exercise and then come back.

NEED HELP STAYING ON TRACK ---- ARGH Ok so I am motivated once I am on SparkPeople. But I find myself losing time on the computer when I could be out there exercising. I just moved to a new city but dont have any new friends to help me in person. Could everyone do me a favor, when you see me online would you please tell me to get off the computer and go exercise?
