AWESOME JOB DEB!

I figured the point of the march madness was to break through our plateaus so I thought it would be neat to post our end results. I definatly broke through my plateau, I'm working towards another 6 lbs this month too!

notsolittledeb, I can relate my little boy has asthma(so do I) he stays the pediatrics office they know us by name. I had him refered to a Pulimonary Specialist and he is doing so much better (the Specialist is also my doctor. I hope things get better for her/him and you. Asthma is bad this of year.

Thanks Redglitter. She's only 5 and a real trooper - so it breaks my heart. We were up all night medicating every 2-3 hours. She's much better today and I'm exhausted.


So like I said not a strong end - but I'll use all my energy for the April challenge.

Calories IN: 1,300 (had fried calamari for dinner)

Calories OUT: 216 (walk to and from supermarket)

Doesn't look like I'm going to have the big end I was hoping for this month. My daughter had a bad asthma day followed by a migraine and I'm just thankful that I did not clean out the fridge. Going to be a long night. If I feel the need to munch I'm going to do it responsibly and pre-measured.

Thanks Velvetcatt! I wont reach my goal of 2lbs per week but I definatly broke through that plateau.

Calories eaten: 1723 (range 1200-1550, started to mix up my caloric range to see if that will help me lose more, going from 1200-1900 with variation.)

Calories Burned: 374 (half an hour walk, 25 minutes circuit training)

I just got a tae bo dvd yesterday and I plan on trying that today for the first time. Wish me luck!

I purchased a pedometer (spelling??) it states you must change the steps when you jog. I exercise on the treadmill with various intervals from 3.0 to 4.5 mph. Is any one familar with a a step meter that doesn't require changing when you jog vs. walk.

today i took it upon myself to clean out tha last 5th of peanut butter in the jar.at least i ate it on whole wheat tortilla!! anyway, i cleaned out the fridge and filled it with the good stuff we ran out of and also bought apple butter to replace the peanut butter. at 20 cals a tablespoon it cannot do the damage 95 cal a tbsp peanut butter does. emoticon

My boyfriend and I didn't make it to the gym yesterday, but we are about to go today.

I've lost 3 lbs since Thursday! I think it's a combination of my recent increase in strength training, and increasing the amount of water I am drinking. YAY! I am so excited! Down to 144.8!! emoticon
