I actually weigh about every other day. I know my weight is going to fluctuate daily so I don't ever worry about it. I can vary 5 lbs a day.
If you have incorporated strength training, muscles will retain water until they are used to the new activities. And make sure you are eating enough calories for the amount of activity you are doing. Eating too few can make you gain weight.
And don't make your success only about weight. The way your clothes fit and how you feel is much more important!!!
