This is a link to our group. My husband and I created a blog called The Incredible Shrinking Ass as well as a group on Sparkpeople. We are a young vibrant couple living in Southwest Florida who are on the path to health and wellness. We are both at least 100 lbs overweight so the transformation is going to be incredible.
