I know what you mean... I actually go to the gym right after work and that is working for me. So my goal is to continue going to the gym at least 3 days a week.

My goal is to actually get up and do something! I can literally fantasize for hours about what I could do and how I could look, but I am a woman of little progress. So I really, honestly want to form an exercise habit. I know I feel good after exercising for a period of time and I want to get that habit and euphoria back again. I just find it so hard to actually DO SOMETHING.
