I was MIA for several days due to some lovely bug that decided to make me cough, sneeze, and struggle to breath consistently for the past few days. I am back & ready to do it again....after such a successful 1st week I refuse to give up so easily. I knew that it would be difficult the 2nd week so I will push forward & not give in!! Today I will be doing JM 30DS L1 D5 so I hope that by today I can do it WITHOUT stopping at all!! I am not going to weigh myself this week because I do not want to be disappointed & will wait until next week's weigh in to see how I have done.
I did buy some Halloween candy yesterday but will keep that to a minimum & will log it accordingly...I want it to be a treat since I have such a sweet tooth!
