Love Exercise TV OnDemand i get to mix it up without leaving my living room.

But it prompted me to go out and buy Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism by Jillian.

Next on the list is Total Body Circuit Training with Jackie Werner.

I have a ton of them but I like to mix it up so it works for me. I love core rythms (latin dance)this is so fun it doesn't feel like a workout until the next day when you are sore and Tae Bo (I feel so tough) and I have P90X that I have not done in a while but will kick your butt. Also the Jillian Michaels and Firm are great. I will probably get some kettle bells next and try one of those, I have never used them.

Your spark could start a flame and change everything.

I love the Leslie Sansone dvds. I find it's a great mix of cardio with strength training when you use the stretchy band to work the muscles too.

I also have the Billy Blanks Tai Bo which really kicks your butt. :)

I'm using Billy Blank's Tae Bo cardio mix. Good God, he really makes you work! I was pouring sweat when I did it last night. It was fun though!
I've also tried the Dancing with the Stars Latin cardio. I hated it- all the routines made me feel clumsy. I had to rewind so many times, I never really worked out.

Jillian's 30 Day Shred:
Not bad, fast and hard workouts. I just couldn't stay into it.

Ellen Barrett Yogini Workout:
It was good, but not enough variety of poses, very repetitive. Not good for those with weak knees IMO.

Turbo Jam:
Fun!

Karen Voight Pure Simple Stretch:
It's outdated but I love this tape! I always get a great stretch! It's slow and may seem boring.

Yoga Zone:
Conditioning & Stress Release
Flexibility & Tone
They were slow and a bit boring but very good workouts and great intro to yoga!

walk away the pounds is one of my faviourites..
plus 10 others.. rarely do them because I prefer the gym..

I currently have over 400 and have owned many more than that over the years.

My favorites change with my mood. 1 month I could adore one instructor or specific type of fitness and the next month turn a cold shoulder on it.

Recent favorites include Jari Love, I really enjoy her Body Rock (strength only premix) and Ripped to the Core. Cathe's Travel Fit and Gym Style Series is also another joy!

I am waiting as we speak for Turbo Fire and ChaLEAN Extreme to arrive on my door step. "tap. tap. tap".

I have a lot of DVDs. I have Turbo Jam, Slim in 6, Jari Love (weight lifting DVDs), Hip Hop Abs; just to name a few! I just purchased the advanced Turbo Jam series called TurboFire and I'm looking forward to pushing myself beyond my limits.

I've got a couple of the Winsor Pilates videos as well. I've also done some with Slim in 6 and Crunchless Abs, although I have a hard time sticking with them as consistently as the trainers say they are supposed to be used.

High impact - My favourite DVDS are from The Firm - especially the one on The Wave (Rock it off!!). Also love Billy Blanks Tae bo and Turbo Jam (Charlene) and for those in the UK - Davina Power of 3.

Low impact/toning - Mari Winsor circle Pilates workouts are excellent.

I work out 3-4 days a week with the Biggest Loser videos like Bootcamp, Cardio Max and Last Chance workout. Then 2 days I do Pilates for 45 minutes. I think I am fitter but the scale and clothes are not feeling it :(

Denise Austin's yoga burn. I wanted to do some burning with yoga with it, but what I like most is it's "Relax" workout, when if I can't get myself to do one of the Burn workouts, I can at least work on my flexibility with the Relax routine. Something's better than nothing!

I also just got Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. She really makes you work hard!
