My mission is to find what is right for me as far as an eating program to go to the next level. I have been on low carbohydrates and actually was doing well on that but have hit a plateau and need a boost. I have been eating per my doctor 35 carbs a day not including vegetables and of course good proteins. Any ideas but not anything severe that just create binges and I'm so over that. Thanks in advance.
