If he doesn't motivate you enough to get out and actually workout, get girlfriends. I have ones on different days, because one friend just can't do it all time that I can do it. I have 4 different friends that I work out with. Monday, Wednesday, Friday are with 2 girlfriends and Tuesday, Thursday nights are with another. And my fourth is whenever noone else can get out I give her a call.
You would be amazed at how easy it is to get out when a friend calls and says are we walking tonight. Keep asking friends on days and times that they would be available.
If all else fails, if you go to a club start socializing. Then maybe hook up with one of them. That is how I met my best friend.
I am totally not motivated. This past week I have been so busy. So has my husband, woh usually motivates me to workout and workouts with me. So, I have been slacking.. any ideas? I am determined to start today and make it a habit.. so WHOO HOO!!!
