Ok so I finished the 10k and now I ma on to Mountain Climbing. There is a saying in Japan. A man who doesn't climb Mt. Fuji once is a fool, a man who climbs it more than once is a fool. I think I will stick with one time. I have 4 months until I climb the beast. My goals are to lose 20 lbs before I climb it. Should feel better to carry 20 less lbs up that mountain with me.
- Weight lift 3 x a week and increase intensity
-Cross train 5 days a week
- walk daily 1-3 hours a day.
I know it sounds like a lot but FUJI is huge. Not many get the chance once and I intend to make it.
5 lbs off a month. This should be interesting. Wish me luck.
