I am sooo proud of myself, I stayed within my calorie range. I was sooo good! The only thing I didn't get in was exercise, but I was on my feet from 7:30 until we sat down to eat at 2:30 and up on them again for another hour while I cleaned up the kitchen. Tomorrow I'll hit the exercise circuit and double up my minutes to make up for today.
