I'm dealing with knee and hip problems right now, and few other things (the others are minor), but I'm hanging in there.

Got in the gym today and bc of being out so long I felt sick and like fainting. I pushed on as much as I could and atleast I did something and getting in there was the start!!!! And I was determined atleast to get back and eat well and today so far I am doing that!!! :)

Today I said to myself: Today is THE DAY I start back up again!!! Last few months have been hectic with traveling and wedding planning and now thats all come to an end so now I can back to focusing on ME!!! I have lots of goals and lots of desires and I know its starts all with Day 1!!! So I am starting this thread to help everyone like myself who needs that daily push, ONE day at a time!

So today my Mission is to start eating clean and start moving my body and my Inspiration is getting on here and making today my Day 1!!!!!

Hope you all will join me to help each other in chit chatting and making each day happy and inpriational for each other! :)
