These are the things that have help me loose the weight and keep it off:
1. Consistently zigzagged my calories keeping them within the recommended calorie range of 1200-1500. 2. Workout at least 5 days a week. Calories burned being between 300 to 800 each time. 3. Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water per day.

I've focused on keeping my calories at the low end of the recommendation from Spark and my carbs at about 1/2 the recommended. As I've felt more confident in my weight loss I've added carbs back in the form of good carbs but stayed on the very low end of the recommendation.
I've increased my calories burned each week and also increased the intensity of my workouts. Making sure that my resistance whether on the bike or lifting weights was as much as I could take - HARD.
Drink water - as much as you can but no less that 8 cups. I drink ALL DAY. The water stabilizes your weight and makes the scale consistent.
There are a few WOAM who are requesting support. Can you please share your ideas on your weight loss?
Below are some of the things I have done to help me lose weight: 1. Increase my fiber intake 2. Increase my protein intake 3. Increase my caloric expenditure (working out more often, even if it just going for a walk) 4. Zig-zagging my calorie intake
These 4 things have helped me immediately lose weight. Now, I am focusing on cleaning up my eating, which I have not been too diligent on. However, I am really getting back on the mission to do so!
P.S. Ladies, please share! There are WOAM out there who need you!
