Ladies,
There are a few WOAM who are requesting support. Can you please share your ideas on your weight loss?
Below are some of the things I have done to help me lose weight:
1. Increase my fiber intake
2. Increase my protein intake
3. Increase my caloric expenditure (working out more often, even if it just going for a walk)
4. Zig-zagging my calorie intake
These 4 things have helped me immediately lose weight. Now, I am focusing on cleaning up my eating, which I have not been too diligent on. However, I am really getting back on the mission to do so!
