I go to the YMCA and mostly do Zumba. It's the best. I can't believe I can workout for an intense hour so painlessly. It is SO fun.

I got a gym membership, it hits me in my pocket to use it and regularly..
It has helped me train myself out of some of my back pain.. I like what I see in a evening dress too..

I have to be pushed to work out, so I go to fitness classes at the local Martial Arts dojo. It's more expensive than a gym, but I work my hardest there. It's worth it to me.

I like to walk & jog outside. I do the majority of my workout at home. I have a step bench, ball, light weights, and a restibands. Sometimes, I use DVD's and sometimes I do my own thing. Occasionally, I will work out at lunch at our fitness center.

Sorry if I'm a bit late.

I usually work out at home doing tae-bo and general aerobics and strenth, but I also go to the gym to use the treadmill and cross trainer and do aerobics and spin classes- not always consistently though.

I usually work out at home with sp strength training 3 days a week. I walk the track for 2 miles every morning, around town (up and down hills) for 60 minutes in the evenings. I've recently bought a jump rope and resistance bands. I have an appointment at the gym (hubby made it for me) to see if that is something i'm interested in. (probably will...need a better way to track calories burned)

I work out at home in the morning starting with a 5 km walk when I get home 3 x a week I do 20 min of pilates. In the evening I take off to the gym for more cardio and strength training

Count me in for this challenge. 5lbs at a time it's what I am all about!!!!!!

Ladies, who workout at a gym, get ready to do some circuit training!

April's challenge was to get back to the basics! Well, May will go beyond the basics to help us loss 5 pounds. In May, we will be doing a 5-Pound Meltdown Challenge. I am going to continue to look through the postings here on the forum and come up with some different things for those who workout at home. For those at the gym, I have something for you already. So, ladies, get ready to get at least 5 pounds off in May! We can do it! We are Women on a Mission!

I haven't been working out as of yet. Though over the years I have invested in many pieces of equipment and DVD's but have yet to fully utilize any of them. But that will change and I have an appointment on Friday to a gym to see if it will be the right fit for me and my needs.

I lift weights to Get Ripped at home two times a week
Ab workouts home aswell.

I train in figure skating 6 or 5 times a week with lessons twice a week.

rollerblade on bike path now that the nice weather is here for cross training
And sometimes show up at Tae kwon do class.

I do spinning classes at the rec center 3x a week, and I take a total toning (mostly strength training) class once a week. I also try to do a session of strength training on the weekends--sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't!

At home I use free weights. 5 -20 pounds. I've worked with trainers before so I have a routine I normally do. I spend about an hour on upper body once a week, and hour on lower body once a week and I've now put in an hour of yoga instead of keeping with the weight rotation to focus on my core strength and general flexibility once a week.

I do strengthening at home, and I do my cardio either at home on the treadmill or I walk in or near the neighborhood I live in.

At our local community Rec Center where I use the recumbant bike. They also have a walking track, free weights, and weight machines and other exercise equipment (elipitcals and airdynes).
