I'm sorry I didn't get the notification that anyone had written anything. I'm assuming from your post that you thought that you were going into starvation mode and that's why you stopped losing. How are things going now? Have you tried calorie cycling at all?
My runs have been really hard lately and I wore crummy socks today and wound up giving myself blisters. Major bummer. But I'm trying to rework my form to shorten my stride in my run and have my foot fall right below my body to hopefully reduce the strain on my ham/quad/shin. Here's hoping it works.
