I think I gotta slow down a bit... and eat more. My weight slowed down to a stand still the past two weeks. Took a few days off and am going to start having two slow days on the weekends and see if that helps. Also upped my calorie intake.... my dietitian wants me eatting between 1500 - 1800 calories. Which is a lot for such a small me but I'll give it a go. Still all a bit scary thou.

Happy Monday everyone. I got off to a bit of a slow start this saturday...Only 2.5mi total for the weekend, but today the goal is 3mi.

I used mapmyrun.com to track my commute and realized I walk 1mi each day just getting to and from work...who knew?!

I also decided not to keep track of my movements throughout the day, only commutes and actual milage exercise.

Looks like we are all off to a pretty good start...lets keep up the good work.

I would like to particpate in the challenge if it's not too late;

I do Spin 4x per week for 60 mins.
Walk 4miles in the park 2x per week.
High intensity step class 1x per week. (not sure how to measure this in terms of miles)
Strength train 2x per week for 60 mins each time.
Elliptical 2x per week 60 mins each (approx 6 miles)

Goal for March will be 15 miles per week. 60 for the month.

I am not sure how you can calculate miles from aerobic activity! What about wearing a pedometer? Maybe we could do 15-20 minutes for one mile. Let me think about that one!

VEG*NMOMMY, I have used an average of 27.5 miles a week for you, which totals to 110 miles for the month.

I'd love to do the challenge, but I do spinning and they don't list your mileage on the bikes. I usually go spinning 3x a week for 45 min. Is there a good way to guess or should I wait until the next challenge? Our spinning instructor said based on her bikes at another gym we average about 8-10 miles each session... so that would be between 25 and 30 miles each week.

I am going to try for 11 miles per week (that is almost 18 km for me). Based on my training chedule, I think that is attainable and reasonable.

I would also like to join this challenge and could do 36 miles a month. Good luck all.

I just checked back in here and saw that I had put 36 miles a week and although I am feeling motivated, I'm not sure if I'm quite that motivated yet so I fixed it too 36 a month.
