I think by now we all know those diet tips ~~ eat less, exercise more, drink water, etc. I would have to say "yes" those are important, but it can be sooo hard to stick to it. Find someone to hold you accountable. I use Spark to hold me accountable. I make sure I post my food and exercise here. Plus, I have family members who know what I'm doing and are very supportive.
Also, here's a little "tip" that I've started using. Don't allow yourself to have a "bad" day. Sometimes we have that moment when we eat too much and think "the day is shot, might as well pig out all day." So, if you have a "bad" moment, don't let it turn into a "bad" day. Don't start over tomorrow ~~ start over NOW!! It doesn't matter what you did last week, or yesterday, or even a moment ago. What matters is what you are doing at this moment. So, make THIS moment count.
Make this moment ~~ THIS MOMENT RIGHT NOW ~~ count!
