Is everyone deciding on ONE mileage goal for everyone, or are you asking for each person's INDIVIDUAL goals so that you can pair/team us up appropriately?

For me, I'm starting interval training 3 days a week minimum, with some additional cardio 2-3 days. I never track distance, but assuming the speed on the treadmill is MPH, then I travel about 2 miles during my training. Assuming I do at least 1 mile on my "off" days (probably more if I do recumbant bike instead), and assuming I'll increase my speed on the interval training through the month, I see no problem doing 9mi/week (36/mo). I probably will actually be doing more like 12/week, so if you want to team us based on our individual goals, I'l use the 12mi/week figure for me.

I ride a recumbant bike and generally have 10 miles each day on the bike. I can commit to 50 miles on the bike each week.

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE a team challenge!!!

I haven't been here much, but I would be too embarrassed to not hold up my end of deal and let my team down. A team exercise challenge (from another website) is how I finally got on the fitness train last year - my team won, and I came in 1st w/ the most minutes of the 35 moms competing, so, yeah, I'm definitely voting for the team thing...

SAVED1, You have definitely been missed! Welcome back!

Ladies, how do you feel about a team challenge next month? Maybe we could do teams of five or six, depending upon how many will participate. I am thinking about a mileage challenge again. We had one last year and it was a lot of fun. However, I am going to put a twist on it. Let me know what you think!

I like the elliptical at the gym, or running at home.
Unfortunately I haven't been doing the running lately - I'd love to start back up!

Group classes -high impact step and spin are my top two. I don't like the start of any of them but after about 20-30 minutes I really get into it always feel great (I think I actually get a rush)and really enjoy the rest of the class and can usually go for gold.
