Hi DEJAMOM. I'm sorry to hear you've had a rough couple weeks. You can and will get back on track starting today. I know that I have a really hard time eating right if I am nervous or worried which is practically all the time. I hope for you that starting the Copaxone helps you to feel better and feel more like you are in control.
Good Evening! I had a great day too!...Went horseback riding and came home to play with my grandchildren bouncing on the sofa cushions making a fort....My daughter told me I should keep up the rules from their house and I know she is right...but I really wanted to jump in the middle of it all...
I cannot believe I get to see my grandkids so often...I love it! Even on a not so good day seeing the kiddies makes me happy!

Welcome. Sorry about the relapse and the steroids. Steroids is what put so much weight on me. It's good that you refuse to let it win. Tackle the extra pounds now, while you are only 10 pounds heavier, instead of waiting for the extra weight to pile up over the years.
