Hi DEJAMOM. I'm sorry to hear you've had a rough couple weeks. You can and will get back on track starting today. I know that I have a really hard time eating right if I am nervous or worried which is practically all the time. I hope for you that starting the Copaxone helps you to feel better and feel more like you are in control.

Journal what you are eating..as you journal you will be able to rein yourself in...make sure you have fruits and veggies to binge on and get rid of the garbage foods...

GOOD MORNING TO ALL BEEN ON A EATING BINGE FOR THE LAST 2 WEEKS REALLY DEPRESS ED. STARTED MY COPAXONE YESTERDAY HOPE IT WORKS NEED SOME MOTIVATION HELP!

Good Evening!
I had a great day too!...Went horseback riding and came home to play with my grandchildren bouncing on the sofa cushions making a fort....My daughter told me I should keep up the rules from their house and I know she is right...but I really wanted to jump in the middle of it all...

I cannot believe I get to see my grandkids so often...I love it!
Even on a not so good day seeing the kiddies makes me happy!

HEY EVERYBODY
I FEEL REALLY GOOD TODAY. DOING LAUNDRY WHILE I FEEL GOOD CAUSE OTHERWISE IT MIGHT NOT GET DONE TILL NEXT TIME I FEEL GOOD AND AS YOU KNOW YOU CAN'T PLAN ANYTHING WITH MS. HOPE EVERYONE IS DOING GOOD. SOME DAYS I MAY NOT CHECK IN CAUSE THAT IS A BAD DAY, TOMORROW I AM GOING TO A LOCAL GYM IN THE MORNING IT IS FREE IN JACKSON,MS. WE PLAN ON NOT BEING THE FATTEST STATE OR LONG.

Welcome. Sorry about the relapse and the steroids. Steroids is what put so much weight on me. It's good that you refuse to let it win. Tackle the extra pounds now, while you are only 10 pounds heavier, instead of waiting for the extra weight to pile up over the years.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS MESSAGE BOARD TO POP UP FOR SO LONG NOW I JUST HAPPEN TO CCIADENTLY FIND IT. I HAVE HAD MS SINCE 2008 AND IT HAS GONE DOWNHILL EVER SINCE I JUST GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL RELAPSE OR WHATEVER YOU CALL IT. KNOW I AM FULL OF STEROIDS AND TEN POUNDS HEAVIER BUT I REFUSE TO LET IT WIN! I WILL OVERCOME THIS.
