Wow, you get a LOT of exercise, that's awesome! I need to be getting more than I am.

I've missed a couple days of my tracking, I'm so busy in this calculus class I'm taking this summer. It requires hours of study and even so I'm not sure I'll pass..

but today:
June 23
1. exercise: 45 min
2. calories: 1500
3. fruit/veggies: 4
4. water: 10? (it's HOT here!!)
5. wild card: haven't got time this week until after my next exam...

3. calories (1200-1550): 2355--BAD BAD BAD It's cause of the cookout, potato salad, hotdogs, chocolate...I'll do better tomorrow!!

5. wild card: did a lot of de-cluttering in my basement. It's getting wet for some reason.

I didn't do so good on my 5 things today though, grocery shopping day plays havoc with my diet cause of the yummy SAMPLES! The Whole Foods Market is FULL of them and even though it's just a tiny bite of this or that, there's kind of a lot of them...I skipped as many as I could though =)

2. exercise: 30 min
3. calories: not sure =(
4. water: maybe 5 cups
5. wild card: still working on clutter in my room

K, here's how I did yesterday:

1. fruits & veggies: ate 9 (!!)
2. exercise: 65 minutes
3. water: 9 glasses
4. calories (1200-1550): 1490
5. wild card: cleared my bed--it's the first time in 6 months I could sleep in it!!

I'm in! Currently, I'm steady at 192, but would also like to lose 10 lbs.
My wild card will be improve credit...it's not looking to hot.

I'm on a plateau so I don't expect to lose as quickly as some, but I would like to lose 9 lbs. and reach my goal by then.
My wild card is pretty much the same as yours, I want to clean something everyday. Like today my microwave needs it bad.

With the days so sunny and fresh fruits and veggies everywhere, I'm thinking it's a perfect time to get serious about losing a little weight.

So here's the challenge:
1. eat at least 5 fruits/veggies per day
2. do at least 30 minutes of exercise a day (any kind counts--just get moving!)
3. drink 8 glasses of water each day
4. track your calories and stay within your range everyday
5. this is the wild card--you can choose any goal you want! Mine is going to be to create one clutter free zone each day!

This challenge is to lose at least a lb per week this summer, between now and Sept.1st!

If you want to participate, log in your staring weight and goals--you can join at any time!!

My starting weight is 210.2
