For 2012 as a whole, I would love to hit my goal weight, but it will be really close. I am really looking for losing some inches and getting into smaller clothes, but I haven't decided on realistic goals yet.
10 minutes of excercise per day and at least 30 minutes 3 X per week
7+ hrs sleep per night
8 C of water per day
5 fruits or veggies per day
track everything at least 6 days a week
try at least 1 new recipe per month
I have more goals that aren't SMART, but are important to me and I just have to find out a way to measure them and hold myself accountable.
Utilize my garden to grow more veggies.
minimize processed foods.
be more active and supportive on Spark
