wow that is awesome starray.
i dont know what i was doing wrong. i did zumba atleast 5times a week for 1month and ended up gaining 2pounds! I am not sure why. i even watched what i ate and made sure to avoid all junk food, alcohol and ate only healthy things with smaller meals throughout the day but nothing worked. then i got discouraged and stopped doing anything!
after reading your comment i feel a little motivated to start again.. lets see how it goes this time.. not very confident though..
